What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications for digital banking and financial services.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality, user-centric mobile experiences.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and establish engineering standards.
  • Research emerging technologies and propose improvements to development processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in native iOS development.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and mobile design patterns.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) and effective prompting.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Buenos Aires.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of mobile application security best practices.
  • Experience mentoring other developers and promoting engineering best practices.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
