Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal. Must be legally authorized to work in the EU.

What you will do

  • Complete mobile features and projects autonomously with regular oversight on architectural challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cross-platform and native performance.
  • Solve complex mobile architecture and state-management problems.
  • Enhance mobile processes, CI/CD pipelines, and address technical debt.
  • Anticipate mobile-specific roadblocks and navigate App Store ecosystem requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant mobile software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Solid native iOS development experience using Swift.
  • Experience bridging native iOS modules with React Native.
  • Familiarity with mobile state management and performance optimization.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Legally authorized to work in the EU.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing or maintaining Mobile SDKs.
  • Experience with automated mobile testing frameworks like Detox, Espresso, or XCTest.
  • Experience managing app store deployment pipelines.
  • Previous experience working in a company with a strong US presence.
