What you will do

  • Set up and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to implement corrective actions for underperforming ads.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and extract actionable insights from campaign data for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies and support remarketing and lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Partner with creative, content, and product teams to improve ad assets and landing page conversion rates.
  • Manage and pace paid media budgets to ensure alignment with growth metrics and performance targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven, hands-on experience in paid digital media or performance marketing.
  • Strong operational experience executing and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of core metrics: CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
  • Practical knowledge of digital tracking tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
  • Location: Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Nice to have

  • Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup ecosystems.
  • Exposure to landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practices.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or Business.
