What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Analysts and Analytics Managers, fostering a culture of curiosity and accountability.
• Define and evolve the product analytics strategy for the iGaming portfolio, focusing on player engagement, monetization, and LTV.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Game Development teams to prioritize roadmap investments through data-driven insights.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks, dashboards, and models to improve decision-making across customer journeys.
• Drive experimentation strategy by developing testing methodologies and evaluating performance to optimize outcomes.
• Translate complex behavioral data into actionable narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of analytics experience, preferably in B2C technology, e-commerce, gaming, or financial services.
• At least 4 years of direct management experience leading high-performing analytics teams.
• Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, customer behavior analysis, and performance measurement.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, and data visualization platforms (Tableau or Looker).
• Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
