What you will do

• Define and lead business plans for Brazil expansion and key partners, driving product prioritization and revenue optimization.
• Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging proprietary data and technology to drive growth.
• Implement data-driven business cases and take accountability for improving key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to maintain lean operations during rapid scaling.
• Collaborate with regional General Managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in analytical business roles, preferably in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is a must.
• Proven ability to leverage data for strategic decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
