What you will do

• Support the completion of EDD reviews for high-risk customers.
• Assess high-risk customer transaction activity to ensure alignment with business nature.
• Conduct risk assessments on both new and existing customers.
• Manage high-risk customer escalations from internal business units.
• Draft compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Provide subject matter expertise on AML/CFT and global regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Japanese language proficiency is required for the role.
• Knowledge and experience with global CDD/EDD requirements.
• Understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions risks.
• Experience with complex beneficial ownership structures.
• Knowledge of global licensing requirements for financial and crypto-related businesses.
