TL;DR

Lead Derivatives Strategy & Implementation (Web3): Leading the development and implementation of crypto derivatives trading strategies and infrastructure with an accent on OTC derivatives and regulatory frameworks. Focus on building a crypto derivatives trading desk from the ground up and bridging traditional finance with digital assets.

Location: Remote (United States). Note: Mandatory in-person onboarding process required for all new hires.

What you will do

  • Drive the strategy and implementation of OTC derivatives (IR Swaps, FX Forwards/Options, Structured Products).
  • Build and lead a crypto derivatives trading desk and related infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Manage the entire derivatives trade lifecycle and oversee market microstructure details.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
  • Ensure adherence to derivatives legal frameworks (ISDA/CSA) and the regulatory landscape.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in senior trading or trading-adjacent roles focusing on OTC derivatives.
  • Proven experience building crypto derivatives desks or leading large-scale trading infrastructure projects.
  • Deep familiarity with ISDA/CSA frameworks and derivatives regulations.
  • Practical experience in both Traditional Finance (TradFi) and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Must be able to complete a mandatory in-person onboarding process.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Relevant FINRA registrations (Series 7, 63, 24).
