What you will do

• Review complaint investigations for completeness and establish root cause to system or component level.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding product issues.
• Document investigations thoroughly according to quality standards.
• Propose corrective actions to improve product quality and system reliability.
• Utilize mechanical and electronic test equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplined organization to maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

• 2-year degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of related experience in quality or technical roles.
• Experience with soldering, ESD handling, and electro-mechanical assembly methods.
• Proficiency with mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Knowledge of FDA QSR standards.
• Basic computer skills in MS Windows, Excel, and Word.
