What you will do

• Drive the long-term technical vision for Web Platform quality, reliability, and performance.
• Design and implement platform-level quality capabilities, including testing frameworks and CI/CD guardrails.
• Act as an AI Pioneer by integrating GenAI tools into workflows and mentoring peers on adoption.
• Identify systemic gaps and drive high-leverage improvements in engineering standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to articulate trade-offs between engineering excellence and business needs.
• Optimize end-to-end testing strategies to improve execution speed and production confidence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with React, AngularJS, or VueJS.
• 4+ years of experience in a product-focused company.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to coach peers on AI adoption, prompt security, and output validation.
