Cyber Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Investigate advanced and persistent attacks using data analysis and data science tools.
• Analyze customer web traffic with Elasticsearch and BigQuery to identify threats and reduce false positives.
• Research, design, and continuously improve detection and bot mitigation mechanisms.
• Provide real-time technical support and incident responses to global customers.
• Prepare clear incident reports and collaborate with R&D and Research teams.
• Design and implement internal automation projects to improve team efficiency while working shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of data analysis experience in cybersecurity or fraud detection, including work with logs and dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, aggregations, window functions, CTEs, and subqueries.
• Technical understanding of web technologies and client-server architecture, including APIs, HTTP, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SIEM systems, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Customer support experience with direct client communication.
• Strong English communication skills and availability for shift-based work, including weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity analysis or research, web security, bot management, or fraud detection.
• Experience with Elastic Stack, Python, JavaScript, BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker, Kibana, or JSM.
• Experience with research methodologies and dashboard development using BI tools.
