What you will do
- Review and improve AI-generated content and recommendations for system operations, automation, and reliability
- Evaluate technical accuracy and practicality of AI-driven operational scenarios and workflows
- Develop real-world examples, use cases, and risk assessments from system operations domain experience
- Create scenario variations for engineers, admins, and leads
- Identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and overlooked risks in AI outputs and provide actionable feedback
- Contribute directly to how AI models reason about operations and automation challenges
Requirements
- Experience as a system operations engineer, SRE, DevOps specialist, or operations lead with a track record managing and automating complex IT systems
- Based in the EU or UK
- Deep expertise in modern system operations approaches, automation tools, and operational best practices
- Methodical, proactive, and able to deliver clear, constructive feedback
- Availability for 8–20 hours per week and reliable remote communication
