What you will do

• Design and iterate on core meta-game systems, including progression, events, rewards, and long-term engagement mechanics.
• Balance and evolve the in-game economy tailored to different player cohorts and playstyles.
• Develop sustainable monetization systems and social features to enhance player interaction and community growth.
• Collaborate with UX specialists to improve progression visualization, customization, and overall feature accessibility.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation covering system logic, goals, and future scalability.
• Partner with analytics and product teams to validate assumptions and refine systems through data-driven iteration.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Game Designer specializing in meta systems for PC, Console, or complex Mobile titles.
• Deep understanding of free-to-play meta-game design, including retention, engagement, and player return mechanics.
• Practical experience balancing reward structures, collections, and live event loops.
• Strong knowledge of monetization models and their integration into live-service products.
• Ability to use player data, feedback, and product metrics to drive iterative design decisions.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
