Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Community Management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the gaming industry, specifically with live-service or live-ops products.
• Track record of building teams, establishing processes, and scaling community operations.
• Hands-on experience managing communities across platforms like Discord, X, Reddit, and Telegram.
• Strong ability to translate player feedback into actionable insights for technical and product teams.
• Experience managing crisis communications and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
