What you will do

• Develop structural systems within defined budgets and project timelines.
• Prepare technical specifications for structural steel and collaborate with the commercial team on supplier selection.
• Manage project schedules and ensure the timely completion of all engineering documentation.
• Supervise suppliers during execution, including inspections, quality control, and resolving non-conformities.
• Coordinate interfaces with technical project management, EOR/AOR, third parties, and other project lots.
• Collaborate with plant design, installation, piping, electrical, and control teams for integrated execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in structural engineering and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of FEM 3D tools such as Dlubal RSTAB/RFEM, CSI SAP2000, or Bentley STAADPro.
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Experience managing technical interfaces and clarifying customer engineering queries.
• Strong leadership, project management skills, and a high degree of autonomy.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or additional languages.
• Proficiency in MS Office/PIRS and strong technical documentation skills.
