What you will do
- Execute multi-country payroll, coordinating salary, bonuses, and taxes while ensuring accuracy within strict country-specific calendars.
- Maintain adherence to international, federal, and state regulations and prepare C&B reports to support decision-making.
- Administer incentive plans, validating performance metrics and ensuring timely, error-free payouts.
- Coordinate end-to-end international relocation, aligning policies and documentation for smooth employee transitions.
- Manage payroll vendors by setting SLAs, monitoring quality, and driving continuous process improvement.
- Standardize workflows and leverage HRIS automation to eliminate manual bottlenecks and improve scalability.
Requirements
- BA/BS in HR, business, psychology, math, or statistics.
- 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
- Strong, hands-on experience with multi-country payroll execution.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with HRIS data and process optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience working within global or multinational corporate environments.
- Experience in the design and calculation of incentive plans.
