Location: Hybrid (average 2 days per week from an HPE office)

What you will do
- Deliver assigned tasks within the project delivery cycle, including systems configurations and troubleshooting.
- Perform monitoring and testing of systems performance to meet customer requirements.
- Contribute to the design of technical solutions for diverse customer environments.
- Collaborate with technical leads and customer representatives to accomplish project goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to maintain effective customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Participate in technical communities and stay current with leading-edge industry technologies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of technical experience with an Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Alternatively, 2-4 years of relevant technical experience if no degree is held.
- Fundamental technical knowledge in systems management and discipline-specific areas.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to peers and team members.
- Capability to produce basic technical documentation according to required standards.
