What you will do

• Collaborate in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment procedures.
• Manage employee lifecycle data, including registration and resignation processes.
• Coordinate newcomer orientation training and maintain physical and electronic employee files.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits processes.
• Execute and promote occupational safety and health initiatives.
• Support expatriate employees with work permit and ARC application processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Taipei.
• English: Proficient communication skills required.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in an HR function role.
• Familiarity with labor law or occupational safety and health regulations.
• Proactive and capable of working independently.
