What you will do

• Design and implement sophisticated targeting models to improve ad performance and user engagement.
• Develop and optimize bidding policies using reinforcement learning and advanced optimization algorithms.
• Build and deploy meta-learning frameworks that learn from user interactions for personalized experiences.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure impact on key business metrics.
• Mentor team members and advocate for robust software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate theory into impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience working with deep machine learning models in the ad tech industry.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing bidding or LTV prediction algorithms.
• Fluency in distributed data processing using tools like AWS Athena, Spark, or Ray.
• Strong foundation in mathematical concepts and ability to explain complex algorithms to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.
