Location: Office-first from the Warsaw office
Salary: 17,400 – 23,400 PLN gross monthly

What you will do
- Build strong relationships with Studio Leadership to develop creative solutions supporting cross-collaboration and studio growth.
- Analyze team development needs and lead training workshops based on company goals.
- Provide guidance on employee engagement, organizational design, talent development, and compensation equity.
- Drive process optimization for the employee experience, including onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes.
- Collaborate on global People initiatives to foster close partnership with the North America People team.
- Oversee the full employment life cycle for both remote and onsite hires in the Warsaw Hub.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in game development, IT, or Tech companies with 300+ employees.
- Experience working in international settings across different locations, time zones, and cultures.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Polish.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with leadership and key stakeholders.
