Salary: 17,400 – 23,400 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with Studio Leadership to develop creative solutions supporting cross-collaboration and studio growth.
• Analyze team development needs and lead training workshops based on company goals.
• Provide guidance on employee engagement, organizational design, talent development, and compensation equity.
• Drive process optimization for the employee experience, including onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes.
• Collaborate on global People initiatives to foster close partnership with the North America People team.
• Oversee the full employment life cycle for both remote and onsite hires in the Warsaw Hub.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in game development, IT, or Tech companies with 300+ employees.
• Experience working in international settings across different locations, time zones, and cultures.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Polish.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with leadership and key stakeholders.

• Professional experience specifically within the gaming or entertainment industry.
