What you will do

• Lead and evolve AI-first quality engineering practices across product and platform teams.
• Develop agentic engineering capabilities to automate complex workflows and quality validation.
• Drive shift-left engineering practices including risk-based testing and continuous quality feedback.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in automation, debugging, and delivery workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using Playwright across UI and API layers.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to improve release confidence and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong software and quality engineering background with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and modern automated testing practices.
• Experience building and scaling quality engineering processes in SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Experience using Xray for test management and release validation.
• Experience applying AI-first and agentic development approaches to software delivery.
