What you will do

• Act as the primary QA representative within squads and across stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end QA activities, managing capacity and testing priorities aligned to sprint commitments.
• Coordinate manual and automated testing across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Implement AI-driven testing approaches to optimize test generation, execution, and defect analysis.
• Oversee regression planning, defect triage, and release readiness for quality sign-offs.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, API testing, UI testing, and integration testing.
• Deep understanding of regression testing and release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Dublin office 2 days per week.
