Salary: $146,000 — $204,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Build complex business processes utilizing Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Mappers).
• Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and optionally MuleSoft or AWS services.
• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance for Salesforce implementations.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MuleSoft, AWS, or other integration/middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of additional Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
