TL;DR

Account Development Executive (Private Markets): Identifying and profiling high-net-worth investors and family offices for exclusive PWM summits with an accent on market intelligence and strategic outreach. Focus on conducting deep-dive research into the North American private wealth landscape and executing data-driven lead generation campaigns.

Location: In-person role located in Rabat, Morocco supporting the US market.

What you will do

  • Conduct deep-dive research into the North American private wealth landscape to identify Principals and CIOs at Single and Multi-Family Offices.
  • Analyze investment mandates across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Digital Assets to map potential investors.
  • Design and execute hyper-personalized, data-driven outreach campaigns via Direct Mail and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the North American Delegate Sales team to build high-prestige prospect pipelines.
  • Manage and build data for the UHNW community using HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements

  • Recognized degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, or a related analytical field.
  • Excellent English language skills for drafting professional, high-level business correspondence.
  • Strong research abilities and analytical rigor to connect investment trends with target executives.
  • Genuine interest in Private Wealth and Private Markets management.
  • Must be based in Rabat for this onsite position.
