What you will do

• Prepare regional monthly management accounts and report results to the Group Finance function.
• Produce detailed balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Perform variance analysis on monthly accounts for the region against the budget and the prior year.
• Provide commercial business partnering support to senior stakeholders, offering recommendations based on financial information.
• Support the Senior Finance Leadership team with the decision-making process and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a management accounting role, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, AICPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Ability to work from the Hong Kong office.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese.
