Salary: £38,784 – £46,049 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance software systems across the full lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Build scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions using PHP and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners in an agile environment.
• Design and execute functional and non-functional test plans to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to data modelling, database design, and system integration.
• Support application operations and participate in problem management to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong skills in designing scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing practices.
• Experience with data modelling and user experience design principles.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to attend in-person meetings in Milton Keynes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Moodle or similar open-source learning platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and Azure DevOps.
• Background in PHP and JavaScript development.
