What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for Singapore, Australia, and Japan entities, including GL integrity and month-end close.
• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, from vendor onboarding and invoice processing to GL reconciliation.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and flux/variance analysis.
• Prepare statutory accounts and manage external audits end-to-end to ensure compliance with local regulatory filings.
• Oversee daily banking operations and review monthly payroll for APAC entities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes using AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close and statutory accounts.
• Experience working in a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite (GL, AP, banking) and Microsoft Excel.
• GAAP proficiency and working knowledge of GST and corporate tax reporting in Singapore, Australia, and Japan.
• Must be based in Singapore.
