TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Specialist (SaaS): Onboarding new clients, configuring platform features, and managing data migrations with an accent on technical integration and workflow optimization. Focus on providing exceptional service to deskless workforce management teams and collaborating with R&D to streamline customer processes.

Location: Must be based in a commutable distance to the office in Melbourne, Australia; hybrid work (3 days per week in-office) is required.

What you will do

  • Meet with new clients daily to facilitate platform setup and onboarding.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and customer service.
  • Execute offline tasks assigned by clients to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with CS and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Perform data migrations from legacy tools into the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-oriented position.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Must be located in a commutable distance to the Melbourne office.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday in-office).
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a strong desire to learn new systems.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
