What you will do
- Respond to customer support queries with empathy, clarity, and accuracy.
- Manage and respond to App Store reviews.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to identify and escalate product issues.
- Learn and apply knowledge of new and existing software features.
- Deliver support in English, Japanese, or Korean.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal ability in English AND Japanese or Korean.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hobart or Sydney.
- No visa support is available for this position.
- Genuine passion for customer service and providing personalized experiences.
- Analytical approach to resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and share knowledge.
Nice to have
- Confidence using Apple hardware and software.
- Interest or ability in video editing/creation for user guidance.
- Direct experience with mainstream Japanese or Korean social media platforms.
