What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for new clients, including API integrations and ERP connections.
  • Act as project lead for new client launches, ensuring operational workflows like customs documentation are established.
  • Serve as the first line of defense for technical issues, resolving data transmission errors and platform bugs.
  • Monitor early-stage shipping performance to ensure compliance with speed and reliability standards.
  • Collect partner feedback to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on system improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs to empower partner independence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Operations.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, EDI, and ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs clearance processes.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Shenzhen, China.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
