What you will do

• Manage panelist communications via digital and physical channels, including helpdesk, newsletters, and website administration.
• Support panel recruitment and expansion through online channels, referral programs, and quality control calls.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new panel management systems and handle ad-hoc panel projects.
• Coordinate online surveys by reviewing proposed questions and collaborating with the programming department.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and continually identify ways to streamline operational procedures.
• Oversee the Panel Incentive Program, monitoring and processing gift redemption requests for panelists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Panel Management or Customer Service.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously within a global team.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accurate record keeping and deadline management.
