What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable ML platform components including feature engineering, training, and real-time inference services.
• Translate complex platform requirements into well-structured low-level designs and maintainable implementations.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and operational health by identifying and resolving technical issues in production.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical approaches and drive the adoption of shared ML infrastructure.
• Apply strong technical judgment to balance near-term delivery with long-term scalability and developer experience.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve platform outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex services or multi-service components with accountability for design and delivery.
• Strong proficiency in software engineering fundamentals including system design, coding, testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with machine learning platforms, data-intensive systems, or infrastructure supporting model lifecycles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

• Experience designing and scaling ML platform capabilities across an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows.
• Strength in architecture leadership and driving technical standards.
• Track record of improving production system efficiency through automation and data-driven improvements.
