Salary: $77,200–$90,000 USD

What you will do
- Collaborate with Nurse Coordinators to support existing customers and drive market development.
- Assess patient needs, coordinate logistics, and provide effective problem-solving.
- Identify, nurture, and grow patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing.
- Manage business system tools including Salesforce and QlikView.
- Ensure all data and analysis requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy and security standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years of inbound and outbound call center experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency.
