What you will do
- Ensure post-auction processes and service level agreements are met professionally.
- Provide daily support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate shipping quotes and deliveries in collaboration with the shipping team.
- Manage financial transactions in compliance with corporate governance.
- Partner with internal business areas to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle property releases for non-sale inventory and participate in ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Must be based in Hong Kong
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential
- Must be able to read and write Traditional Chinese
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
Nice to have
- Degree in business administration or an equivalent field.
- Prior experience working with SAP.
