What you will do

  • Ensure post-auction processes and service level agreements are met professionally.
  • Provide daily support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate shipping quotes and deliveries in collaboration with the shipping team.
  • Manage financial transactions in compliance with corporate governance.
  • Partner with internal business areas to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle property releases for non-sale inventory and participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hong Kong
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential
  • Must be able to read and write Traditional Chinese
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Degree in business administration or an equivalent field.
  • Prior experience working with SAP.
