What you will do

• Design and architect high-performing, modular gameplay systems and backend services.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies.
• Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and zero-downtime deployments.
• Analyze and resolve complex software and infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliver large-scale solutions.
• Implement server-side logic including APIs, databases, and authentication systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, or C#.
• Extensive experience with cloud providers (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record with RESTful APIs and non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience shipping multiple online titles on Console, PC, or Mobile.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Montreal studio.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Experience with real-time multiplayer applications using WebSockets.
