Senior QA Engineer (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the overall test strategy across unit, integration, API, end-to-end, and regression levels.
• Build and own the automated test suite using Playwright, xUnit/NUnit (.NET), and API testing tools like Postman or RestSharp.
• Design integration and regression tests for EDI pipelines, canonical API endpoints, and data transformation flows.
• Own the CI quality gate to ensure no PR merges occur without passing automated tests.
• Develop test coverage for agentic and AI features, including prompt regression and output consistency checks.
• Lead exploratory and risk-based testing for high-stakes releases such as scheduler refactors and SSO launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on API or platform-level testing.
• Strong automation skills with Playwright or Selenium, xUnit/NUnit for .NET, and Postman for API testing.
• Experience testing REST APIs and integration pipelines from scratch.
• Cloud platform familiarity with Azure, including the ability to trace CI pipelines and deployment logs.
• Experience testing LLM-powered features and non-deterministic output validation.
• Ability to read C# and TypeScript to understand functions and write corresponding tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI (X12/EDIFACT) or supply chain integration testing.
• Performance and load testing experience with JMeter, k6, or Azure Load Testing.
• Familiarity with shift-left QA practices and BDD (Gherkin/SpecFlow).
• Knowledge of accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1).
