What you will do

• Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests across frontend and backend systems.
• Build and maintain E2E test suites using Playwright or similar frameworks.
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as Claude and Copilot to accelerate test creation, refactoring, and maintenance.
• Debug test failures across application, infrastructure, and data layers to reduce flaky tests.
• Partner with product engineers to improve testability and confidence in production systems.
• Define testing patterns, tooling, and best practices to scale across multiple products.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals, including isolation, mocking, and boundaries.
• Hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests as code using frameworks like xUnit, JUnit, or Jest.
• Experience working in a Shift Left development environment.
• English: B2 (ability to communicate clearly) required.

Nice to have

• Experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Deep expertise with Playwright or other modern E2E frameworks.
• Background in improving CI pipelines and developer productivity.
• Experience working across multiple product technology stacks.
