What you will do

• Design and build the ML infrastructure powering monetization and ads systems.
• Develop large-scale data pipelines for processing impressions, clicks, conversions, and marketplace signals.
• Create scalable model training platforms for ranking, bidding, targeting, and optimization workloads.
• Build systems for the safe and reliable transition of models from experimentation to production.
• Improve real-time inference and serving infrastructure with strict latency and throughput requirements.
• Design experimentation frameworks for A/B testing, holdouts, and measurement at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale distributed systems or ML infrastructure.
• Experience building platforms for ML workflows, including data processing, feature engineering, and model serving.
• Expertise with high-volume data pipelines and large-scale online systems.
• Proven ability to design reliable, low-latency systems with strong operational observability.
• Experience working across the full ML lifecycle, from training to deployment and monitoring.
• Track record of improving infrastructure performance, scalability, and efficiency in production.
