What you will do

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across billing, pricing, and fraud monitoring to reduce risk and save time.
• Develop lightweight AI-powered tools and scripts using Claude and OpenAI APIs to automate repetitive tasks.
• Prototype and iterate on solutions for automated ticket triage, anomaly flagging, and configuration validation.
• Provide daily operational support for billing configuration, product catalogue updates, and promotions.
• Triage and resolve billing-related issues for customers and partners while building permanent automated solutions.
• Collaborate with Billing Engineering, Payments, Compliance, and Fraud teams to validate requirements and outputs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical operations and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations, scripting, and operational tooling.
• Proven ability to use AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) to build practical automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decomposing messy manual processes.
• High attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with billing systems, payment processing, or subscription models.
• Background working directly within or alongside operations teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and internal workflow orchestration tools.
