Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Warren, MI or Milford, MI (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Define, curate, and maintain core IPS data sets related to service parts, technical publications, and field performance.
• Act as the primary business owner for IPS analytics solutions, partnering with IT to define requirements and ensure data quality.
• Design and maintain executive-ready dashboards and scorecards to track service readiness and operational KPIs.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Define end-to-end processes connecting service engineering to broader GM and defense-specific systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating data pipelines and simplifying workflows across the IPS ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)
• Eligible to obtain Secret U.S. Security Clearance
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or systems engineering.
• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience creating data architectures and tools in complex engineering or manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Direct experience with U.S. Army, TACOM, or DoD stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics or automation.
• Experience with configuration and change standards like CMII, ISO 9001, or AS9100.
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
