What you will do

• Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders.
• Document interdisciplinary progress notes to reflect resident care.
• Maintain accurate drug and narcotic records and handle disposal procedures.
• Collaborate with the care plan team to address residents' physical, social, and nutritional needs.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing.
• Must be able to work onsite in Erie, PA.
