What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for system architecture, IT investments, and enterprise modernization.
• Design standardized system analysis frameworks and processes across the organization.
• Oversee requirements governance by translating complex business objectives into clear, scalable technical specifications.
• Lead and optimize internal governance and IT processes for efficiency and alignment.
• Manage and develop teams of system analysts, business analysts, and solution architects (12 people across two teams), including performance reviews.
• Drive solution/infrastructure design, documentation analytics, and vendor/stakeholder management; ensure systems meet cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance policies.

Requirements

• Experience leading global system analysis management.
• Deep understanding of how development works in large-scale (enterprise) environments.
• Proficiency with key tools, including AI tools, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proven management experience, including overseeing and scaling technical teams.
