What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for hospitality customers, handling requests ranging from general education to technical investigations.
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve hardware and software issues in a 24x7 global environment.
- Utilize customer support platforms to document, track, and resolve interactions.
- Identify, reproduce, and escalate product bugs to the Quality Assurance team through to resolution.
- Advocate for and promote improvements to products and services based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Basic proficiency with common online, mobile, and desktop platforms: iOS, Android, OSX, and Windows.
- Flexibility to work various days and shifts, including weekends.
Nice to have
- Experience interacting with customers through phone, email, ticketing, and live chat platforms.
- Knowledge of or experience within the hospitality industry.
- Experience supporting SaaS products or iOS applications.
- Interest or experience in computer networking.
