What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to lead the technical evaluation and adoption of hirify.global solutions for prospects and customers.
• Drive the sales process through discovery, product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (POC), and RFP responses.
• Develop custom search applications and prototypes leveraging the hirify.global ecosystem, tools, and frameworks.
• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to CTOs, product managers, and engineers.
• Advocate for customer needs by relaying product feedback and requirements to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Ensure seamless transition and onboarding for customers by collaborating with Solution Architects and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, Consultant, PM), ideally within the SaaS space.
• Software development experience in Frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) or Backend (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C).
• Proficiency with data formats and data transformation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-demand customers simultaneously.
• Must be based in or available to work from London, UK or Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional European languages, specifically Italian or Spanish.
• Professional background in the search industry or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or commercetools.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems, autonomous reasoning, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with SEO and Analytics.
