What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end IT demand management process from intake to delivery handover.
• Act as the central coordination point between business units, IT stakeholders, and governance forums.
• Facilitate demand review sessions and guide stakeholders in defining business value and requirements.
• Oversee demand assessment including feasibility, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and PMO to translate requests into actionable initiatives.
• Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of demand management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, or project management.
• 2+ years of specific experience in demand management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of IT environments including ERP, Cloud, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, or SharePoint.
