Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, R&D, or decarbonisation.
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with detailed technical problem solving.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience managing complex R&D projects.
