What you will do

• Act as a committed contact partner for Amazon customers via phone and e-mail.
• Advise and support customers regarding orders, returns processes, and product inquiries.
• Serve as the first-level contact and process customer inquiries for the Back Office.
• Handle post-processing and documentation of customer inquiries.
• Cooperate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Excellent English and German language skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bratislava, Slovakia

Nice to have

• Customer support experience.
• Experience with Amazon.
