Accounts & Onboarding Account Manager (Fintech): Managing the full lifecycle of corporate accounts for international clients with an accent on regulatory compliance, onboarding processes, and account maintenance. Focus on coordinating complex account events like mergers and modifications while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for corporate banking partners.

Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia (Hybrid work model available).

Salary: From 1,768 EUR/month (gross).

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate accounts, including opening, modifications, and closures.
  • Guide international clients through onboarding processes and coordinate required documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal expert teams such as Mandates, Channels, and Cash Management.
  • Support clients through structural changes and mergers by coordinating account transfers.
  • Apply or remove legal and account blocks based on client requests and regulatory needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and tool optimization within the team.

Requirements

  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with international clients.
  • Precision, structured approach, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn banking processes in depth.
  • Experience in service or client-facing roles is an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in onboarding, accounts management, or KYC.
