TL;DR

Internal Communication Intern (PR/Communications): Supporting the Culture Team in coordinating internal messages, presentations, and global communication strategies with an accent on brand voice and employee engagement. Focus on drafting communication resources, organizing all-team presentations, and supporting the annual global company seminar.

Location: Hybrid (Bordeaux, France). 2 remote days per week and 1 remote work week per quarter.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the creation and organization of weekly and monthly all-team presentations.
  • Draft and update internal written and visual communications following brand voice and design guidelines.
  • Develop resources such as training, checklists, and templates to help other teams improve their communications.
  • Centralize and evaluate employee communication needs to plan a cohesive global communication strategy.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees across all locations to ensure consistent information flow.
  • Support the planning, content development, and rollout of the annual global company seminar.

Requirements

  • Must be looking for a 12-month apprenticeship.
  • English: Fully professional capability (C1) required.
  • Strong writing skills (professional and approachable) and demonstrated time management skills.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva.
  • Experience with Slack, Google Suite (Slides, Gmail, Drive, Docs), and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred schedule: 3 days office / 2 days school or 4 days office / 1 day school (Mondays must be in office).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French and knowledge of French culture.
