Salary: €4,500 – €6,100 per month

What you will do

• Develop predictive and generative AI models to personalize and humanize customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Build conversational AI solutions using NLP, focusing specifically on chatbot and voicebot technology.
• Scale and expand LLM initiatives, including the creation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to support customer service agents.
• Collaborate with B2C, B2B, Finance, and Technology departments to translate complex data into tangible business value.
• Design and deliver POCs, working closely with data engineers to convert them into production-ready systems.
• Iterate on models based on customer feedback to help drive the organization toward becoming truly data-driven.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (WO) in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within the telecom industry.
• Proven hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, H2O, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, and Hyperopt.
• Experience deploying solutions on AWS and on-prem environments.
• Must live in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with text-to-image models.
• Knowledge of the Google AI stack for Natural Language Processing.
• Familiarity with telecom data models or customer-interaction datasets.
• Experience with data and model governance and production ML pipelines.
• Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
