What you will do

• Coordinate admission processes, including IPOs, direct listings, and private placements across all hirify.global markets.
• Perform legal and compliance due diligence, analyzing the financial situation and business models of applying companies.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies for transaction structures.
• Prepare and attend kick-off meetings with C-level management of prospective companies.
• Educate and support internal and external stakeholders, such as banks and legal advisors, on market rules and regulations.
• Manage projects and create regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris, France.
• Eligibility for an internship or trainee position.
• Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
